Good afternoon everyone. I wanted to share this cute card that I made this morning. It features the Close To My Heart stamp of the month for this month... it is Balloon Animals. I think this stamp set is just the cutest. It retails for $17.95 but when you spend $50 you can purchase this set for $5.
